Privacy policy

Showcase pages: they store no personal data (the host keeps technical logs: IP address, date, requested page). Customer area: to create an account we collect your name, e-mail address, country, optional phone number and a password, kept only in hashed form. We also keep your orders (offer, amount, payment method, reference, status), your licences and the dates of your downloads and sign-ins. Purposes: manage your account, process your order, issue and send your licence, give access to downloads, answer your requests and secure the service. Recipients: XPAYE, our payment provider, receives your name, e-mail, phone number and the amount; your card or Mobile Money details are entered directly with XPAYE and never pass through LeUpManager. No data is sold. Retention: as long as your account exists; orders are kept for our accounting obligations. Your rights: access, correction, deletion and objection, by writing to support. The business data you enter in the LeUpManager software stays on your devices and is never sent to LeUpManager.
